Prepare for a Scare at BOO on the Boardwalk

Family-friendly frights and ghoulish delights return to Kemah when Boo at the Boardwalk gets underway on Friday, October 2.

The annual Halloween fest is a favorite of Coastal Point residents who don’t have to travel far to enjoy the activities that run on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

On Freaky Fridays, children can enter the Little Boo Haunted Fun House from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for some not-too-spooky fun. The Boogie Man Band will entertain all revellers from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Scary Saturdays gets underway at 1 p.m. with a DJ or live music, followed by kid crafts, a balloon artist and trick-or-treating at the Boardwalk’s many retail stores.

Spooky Sundays, beginning at 1 p.m., will feature similar activities along with a Creepy Creatures reptile show and the Zombie Latinos Band.

A magic show will be the highlight of the Halloween-day celebration.

The BOO on the Boardwalk schedule is tentative and subject to change or cancellation for safety measures, if necessary.
