Spring was in full bloom at Coastal Point’s annual Spring Market where more than 500 attendees gathered to enjoy a day bursting with fun, flowers, and family-friendly activities.

Living at Coastal Point means you get to enjoy all the fun-filled events planned for our residents. On Saturday, October 22, Coastal Point hosted their third annual Harvest Festival as a way to usher in the new season and thank homeowners for choosing to plant their roots in this special community.
On June 18th, we hosted our first Film & Float Night of the year right here in the Coastal Point community. If you’re having some serious FOMO (fear of missing out), don’t fret — we have three more dates that are set aside for you and your loved ones to put on your swimsuits and join us at the Coast House for a movie night in the pool.
