Coventry Homes Opens New Model

Coventry Homes was pleased to open their new Lindsay model to the public in late May. The Lindsay features 2,867 sq.ft. of living space and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The model has been decorated in a cool coastal theme to reflect the community’s connection to water.

New Inventory from Empire Communities

Empire Communities has two new homes for sale in Coastal Point that are expected to be complete in December 2021: the Altin and the Shire. The builder also has two new opportunities to build on a 60′ and a 70′ foot lot.

Hometown Heroes Programs

Both Coventry Homes and Empire Communities are giving back to their community by thanking the hometown heroes who serve and protect our community. Coventry Homes is offering $1,000 in options for nurses, active and retired veterans, firefighters and police officers who purchase a Coventry Home from now until June 30, 2021.

Likewise, Empire’s ongoing Hometown Heroes program gives armed forces, firefighters, paramedics, teachers and nurses a $1,000 credit that can be used as a discount off the base price of a new Empire home or a discount towards closing costs.
